Diet for healing

Today was a much better day. I had some headache and muscle aches from the caffeine withdrawal but I had more energy than yesterday. I stuck to my ayurvedic diet. I lost another pound. In the late afternoon it actually stopped raining. I feel much more hopeful.

Food and exercise:

Waking: hot lemon water

Breakfast: banana

Half hour dog walk

Meditation and yoga

Lunch: spinach, tomato and courgette curry with white rice.

Half hour dog walk

Dinner: large piece of cheddar cheese

I drank herbal teas with herbs from my garden.

Progress!
